“Coloradans are worse off because of President Trump’s policies and the chaos under his administration.

AURORA — Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) released the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Donald Trump’s reckless tariff policy:
“Donald Trump’s tariffs are a tax on every American. They’ve raised costs on Colorado families, threatened small businesses, and hit working Americans the hardest.
“Today’s decision reaffirms what the Constitution has said all along: these tariffs are illegal and unconstitutional. The ruling is a relief for working families that Donald Trump has turned his back on, and it sends a message to this President that he is not king.
AURORA | Aurora Democratic Rep. Jason Crow’s town hall Wednesday night had fewer participants in the audience than other recent meetings, but participants said they felt like there was more hope.
“The good news is I’m here and not currently incarcerated by the Trump administration,” Crow said in his introduction.

U.S. Rep. Jason Crow said Wednesday that "there will be costs" for the federal officials who unsuccessfully tried to indict him and five other Democratic legislators, hours after Crow's lawyer warned prosecutors against further attempts to charge the lawmakers.
"We are taking names, we are making lists," Crow said in an interview.
Rep. Jason Crow (D-Colo.) on Wednesday demanded U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro preserve all evidence related to her unsuccessful effort to bring charges against him and five other Democratic lawmakers.
The request comes a day after Pirro’s office failed to obtain a criminal indictment against the lawmakers for putting out a video last year urging military personnel not to carry out illegal orders.
