The aircraft carrier has been at sea for more than 260 consecutive days, breaking the record for most consecutive days at sea in modern U.S. naval history. Disturbing reports have emerged about food shortages, broken toilets, lack of basic supplies, and limited port access.

AURORA — Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO) and leaders from Project Worthmore opened the new Roots Community Hub in Aurora, a center that provides resources to new immigrant and refugee families. Congressman Crow secured $4 million in federal Community Project Funds that helped ensure necessary renovations to the building and allowed Project Worthmore to expand the programs and resources they offer.

AURORA — Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO) and Senator John Hickenlooper (D-CO) are leading Colorado’s Democratic Congressional delegation to demand answers from the Trump Administration on a recent shooting outside a GEO-operated ICE facility in Aurora. During demonstrations outside the detention center, a GEO group employee shot a 21-year-old woman with his personally-owned firearm, striking her in the foot.
