As a Member of Congress, it is my privilege to be able to officially recognize outstanding public achievements by the people who live in our Congressional district. If you're a U.S. citizen and a resident of my district and would like to receive a commendation, greeting from the President of the United States, or Vietnam War 50th Commemoration, please complete one of the forms below. Congressional App Challenge

Each year, the U.S. House of Representatives hosts the Congressional App Challenge. This is an annual coding competition designed to encourage middle school and high school student participation in computer science and coding, regardless of experience. It is an opportunity for students to compete against other peers within their district by creating an original application in a variety of programming languages and on different platforms.

Internships for my Washington, D.C. and Aurora offices run through the fall, spring, and summer semesters for undergrad or graduate students. These internships provide invaluable work experience and contribute significantly to the operation of a fast-paced office.

Work hours are flexible to accommodate students’ course schedules. DC hours generally run from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, while Aurora hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MT. Applicants must be able to commit to working at least 20 hours a week. Colorado ties are a plus!

The US House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure announced on March 3, 2021 that it would accept requests for Member Designated Projects as a part of the surface transportation reauthorization legislation.
