WASHINGTON — Today Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06), a former Army Ranger who serves as Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee’s Subcommittee on Oversight and Accountability, voted to pass this year’s National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (NDAA), which included key priorities he championed to bolster military readiness, improve the lives of US servicemembers and their families in Colorado, and build a stronger national defense at home and abroad.
WASHINGTON — Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06), member of the Pro-Choice Caucus, joined 240 Members of Congress in sending an amicus brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to overturn the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas’s misguided ruling in Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The ruling would suspend the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of Mifepristone, a drug used for over two decades by individuals accessing safe abortions.

Following 9/11, Congressman Crow commissioned as an active duty Army officer. He led a platoon of paratroopers in the invasion of Iraq, followed by two tours in Afghanistan as an Army Ranger.
