WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06), former Army Ranger and member of the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, reintroduced the Firearms Retailer Code of Conduct Act, legislation to create a code of conduct for firearm retailers, prevent the diversion of firearms into the illegal market, and help promote safer business practices to keep illicit guns out of our communities.

WASHINGTON — Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) announced that 15 out of 15 community projects he requested funding for, totaling over $12.2 million for Colorado’s 6th Congressional District, passed the US House of Representatives. The legislation will now head to the Senate for consideration, and if passed, onto President Biden to be signed into law.

WASHINGTON — Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06), member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and House Foreign Affairs Committee, sent a letter to the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Avril Haines, to seek information on the nature of the US-Israel intelligence sharing relationship to confirm whether US values and interests are being upheld.

WASHINGTON — Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06), member of the Pro-Choice Caucus, joined 240 Members of Congress in sending an amicus brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to overturn the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas’s misguided ruling in Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The ruling would suspend the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of Mifepristone, a drug used for over two decades by individuals accessing safe abortions.

WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) released this statement marking twenty-two years since the devastating 9/11 terrorist attacks, the deadliest terrorist attacks on US soil and one of the darkest days in our nation’s history. 

Following 9/11, Congressman Crow commissioned as an active duty Army officer. He led a platoon of paratroopers in the invasion of Iraq, followed by two tours in Afghanistan as an Army Ranger.

NORMANDY — Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06), Army combat veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Division and 75th Ranger Regiment, released this statement marking 80 years since the D-Day invasion. On June 6, 1944, the US with Allied forces launched a massive airborne assault on the beaches of Normandy, France that ultimately led to the liberation of Western Europe and a decisive victory over Hitler’s Nazi Germany in World War II.
