This $550 billion package is the largest long-term investment in US infrastructure that has been passed in nearly a century. It makes the largest federal investment in public transit ever, the largest federal investment in passenger rail since the creation of Amtrak, the single largest dedicated bridge investment since the construction of the interstate highway system and the largest investment in clean drinking water and waste water infrastructure in American history.

The Afghanistan Security through Intelligence Act requires the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to produce a report on the security situation in Afghanistan and present its findings to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees.
