WASHINGTON — Today, Representatives Jason Crow (D-CO-06) and Andrew Garbarino (R-NY-02) reintroduced the bipartisan Small Business Succession Planning Act. The bipartisan legislation would assist small business owners in creating a business succession plan that sets a process for continued leadership and operations in the event of an owner’s retirement, death, or other personnel changes.

WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) released this statement marking twenty-two years since the devastating 9/11 terrorist attacks, the deadliest terrorist attacks on US soil and one of the darkest days in our nation’s history. 

Following 9/11, Congressman Crow commissioned as an active duty Army officer. He led a platoon of paratroopers in the invasion of Iraq, followed by two tours in Afghanistan as an Army Ranger.
