WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) released this statement marking twenty-three years since the devastating 9/11 terrorist attacks, the deadliest terrorist attacks on US soil and one of the darkest days in our nation’s history. 

Following the 9/11 attacks, Congressman Crow commissioned as an active duty Army officer. He led a platoon of paratroopers in the invasion of Iraq, followed by two tours in Afghanistan as an Army Ranger.

WASHINGTON Today Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06), a former Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, joined a bipartisan group of colleagues to honor the 13 servicemembers who lost their lives in the Abbey Gate attack during the US withdrawal from Afghanistan.
