Crow Statement on Firing of Intelligence Community Inspector General

Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) issued the following statement after President Trump fired Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson:

"The President should be using every waking hour of his day working to contain the spread of COVID-19, instead he continues to be more concerned with seeking revenge on the men and women of our intelligence community who dared to perform their duty. The firing of Inspector General Atkinson is more than a dismissal, it's another assault on the rule-of-law by this administration. It's not who we are as a country and it makes us less safe."
