Congressman Jason Crow Statement on Being Sworn In to the 118th Congress
WASHINGTON – Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) released the following statement after being sworn in late last night as the US House Representative for Colorado’s Sixth Congressional District in the 118th Congress. Crow begins his third term in the seat.
“I’ve taken the oath many times in my life, first as a soldier and later as a member of Congress. Those words are a guiding star in my service to this country. It was my honor to take that oath again last night as I was sworn in to the 118th Congress.
“Though the start of this Congress was marred by Republican infighting and disfunction, I stand united with many of my colleagues and ready to get to work for our constituents.
“Servant leadership means putting the needs of our community ahead of partisanship. As one of the most bipartisan members of Congress, I look forward to continuing my work passing the commonsense measures that will help Coloradans.”
