Congressman Jason Crow Ranked in Top 2% of Most-Bipartisan Members in US House of Representatives
Crow Was Most Bipartisan Member in the US House Delegation for Colorado
CENTENNIAL – Congressman Jason Crow (CO-6) ranked in the top 2% of the most-bipartisan members of the US House of Representatives by Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy's Bipartisanship Index. Crow ranked 11th out of 435 members during the first session of the 117th Congress.
“At a time of deep partisanship and division in our country, I have made it my priority to get results for Coloradans. I’m proud to work on behalf of those who elected me and I remain deeply committed to doing the work of lowering costs for hardworking families, helping our small businesses, and getting our economy back up and running as we recover from the pandemic,” said Congressman Jason Crow.
The Colorado House delegation ranked as follows:
11th Rep. Jason Crow
58th Rep. Joe Neguse
128th Rep. Ed Perlmutter
175th Rep. Ken Buck
184th Rep. Diana DeGette
390th Rep. Doug Lamborn
433rd Rep. Lauren Boebert
The McCourt School's study is a non-partisan ranking of how often each Member of Congress works across party lines and is intended to fill a hole in the information available to the public about the performance of Members of Congress. The Bipartisan Index measures how often a member of Congress introduces bills that attract co-sponsors from the other party, and how often they in turn co-sponsor a bill introduced from across the aisle.
The rankings and scores issued today cover legislative activity for 2021, the first year of the Biden presidency, and the first time since 2010 that Democrats controlled both houses of Congress.
