WASHINGTON – Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) today voted to pass the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act (H.R. 4) to protect American voters from discrimination by restoring and strengthening the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA). This critical legislation will restore key protections of the VRA which were gutted by the Supreme Court in the 2013 Shelby County v. Holder decision and more recently in the 2021 Brnovich v.
ASPEN – Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) today was the sole Colorado official who spoke at the Aspen Security Forum in Aspen, CO. On a panel discussing emerging national security threats faced by the United States, among other issues, Crow pointed to climate crisis as the largest US national security threat.

WASHINGTON - Today, Reps. Jason Crow (CO-06) and Mike Gallagher (WI-08) introduced the Global War on Terrorism Memorial Location Act, which would authorize the establishment of a memorial for service members of the Global War on Terrorism on the National Mall. Both Gallagher and Crow are veterans of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT), having served in the Army and the Marines, respectively.
The bill was introduced alongside 13 Democrats and 24 Republicans. Reps. Crow and Gallagher previously introduced the legislation in November 2019.
AURORA - Rep. Jason Crow (CO-06) today invited high school students across Colorado's Sixth District to submit original artwork for his third annual Congressional Art Competition. The 2021 Congressional Art Competition is open to all high school students who live in the district. The deadline for submissions is Sunday, April 18th, 2021, at 11:59 pm MST.
AURORA - Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) announced that four CO-06 projects will be included in the INVEST in America Act, the Fiscal Year 2022 surface transportation authorization legislation.
