WASHINGTON, D.C. – As Congress advances legislation to rebuild and renew America's infrastructure, more than 180 members of the U.S. House of Representatives – led by U.S. Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), Nanette Diaz Barragán (D-CA), Mike Levin (D-CA), and A. Donald McEachin (D-VA) – are today urging House leadership to include important clean energy, energy efficiency, and clean transportation tax incentives in the plan.

WASHINGTON - Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) today led an effort with 15 members of Congress to call on President Biden to honor the promises made to Afghan citizens who have worked to support U.S. operations in Afghanistan, following the Administration's announcement the U.S. would withdraw all troops by September 11, 2021. The members, made up of 10 Democrats and 6 Republicans, also announced the creation of the Honoring Our Promises Working Group to engage with the Administration.

The Freedom From Price Gouging Act would recover taxpayer dollars from pharmaceutical companies that hike pharmaceutical prices to increase their profits.

WASHINGTON - Today, Reps. Jason Crow (CO-06), Adam Schiff (CA-28), and Dwight Evans (PA-03) alongside Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), reintroduced the Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act to ensure that the gun industry – including manufacturers, sellers and interest groups – can be held accountable when it acts with negligence and disregard for public safety. The bill would repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), allowing victims of gun violence to pursue justice in court.
