WASHINGTON - Today, Representatives Jason Crow (CO-06), Lauren Underwood (IL-14), Jimmy Panetta (CA-20), and Dean Phillips (MN-03) introduced legislation to create the Health Force. The Health Force, Resilience Force, and Jobs to Fight COVID-19 Act (Health Force Act) would recruit, train, and employ Americans to expand our public health workforce to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, aid the country's lagging vaccine distribution campaign, and strengthen America's longer-term public health response.
WASHINGTON - Today, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) announced it would begin an investigation into the January 6th Capitol Attack following a bicameral effort led by Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) and over 110 of his colleagues to GAO demanding a comprehensive and independent investigation into the Capitol attack. The Crow-led effort represents the largest Member-driven effort to investigate the domestic terrorist attacks on the U.S. Capitol to date.

Today, Rep. Jason Crow spoke with Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy regarding the lead up to and subsequent events on the January 6 insurrection at the U.S Capitol. The call comes after Rep. Crow and Rep. Gallego sent a letter on Saturday to the Secretary requesting an urgent briefing for House Armed Services Committee Members detailing the Department of Defense and National Guard's command and control response to January 6 and their preparation for the January 20 Inauguration.
