Yesterday, the House Small Business Committee held its first meeting of the 116th Congress. In a rare move for a freshman, Rep. Jason Crow will be serving as Chair on a subcommittee. In his new role, Crow will be overseeing the Innovation and Workforce Development Subcommittee.

Congressman Jason Crow will be joined by Mary Majok of metro Denver at the State of the Union on Tuesday. Ms. Majok's son, Potros Mabany, was killed in Aurora in March 2018 by gun violence. He was 21 years old.

Today Congressman Jason Crow was named Co-Chair of the New Democrat Coalition Infrastructure Task Force. As co-chair of the New Democrat Coalition Infrastructure Task Force, Crow will work closely with local and federal stakeholders and develop policy positions to improve our nation's infrastructure and increase long-term federal investments in infrastructure projects.

As his first piece of legislation, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) introduced the End Dark Money Act to crack down on dark money organizations. The bill is designed to stem the flood of dark money in our elections by helping to close the loophole that allows mega-donors to hide their political contributions through so-called "social welfare" organizations.
