On early Thursday morning following over 20 hours of debate, the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) including key priorities for Colorado advocated by Rep. Jason Crow (CO-06), who serves on the Intelligence, Emerging Threats, and Capabilities subcommittee and Readiness subcommittee. The final bill passed Committee by a vote of 33-24.
Today, the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) passed the NDAA with a provision put forth by Rep. Jason Crow (CO-06) to require large military installations to include assessments of climate change and mitigation efforts in their master plans.
