March 13, 2020

Constituent service caseworkers remain available to help Coloradans with federal casework issues

Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) launched a new resource page on his congressional website for Coloradans seeking information about the coronavirus. With Colorado's sixth district the most diverse in the state, the resource page provides resources in 13 different languages, including Amharic, Spanish, and Korean, among others. You can visit the website here: /coronavirus-information.

In an effort to promote social distancing, Crow's congressional and district staff will be teleworking. The policies will be re-evaluated weekly.

"By taking common sense measures, we as a community can help protect our public health. In that spirit, we are finding alternative means for all in-person public events and our office will not be accepting walk-in meetings at this time," said Crow. "Our office looks forward to continuing to offer uninterrupted, consistent service to Colorado and encourage constituents to call our DC or district office at any time. Our health and safety is a community effort."

The office has instituted continuity of operations procedures (COOP) to ensure constituent services are not interrupted during this extraordinary period. Calls will continue to be answered and messages returned, and constituent correspondence responded to in the same timely manner. To ensure prompt reply, the office recommends constituents use email or phone in place of physical mail when possible. You can email the Office of Congressman Crow at /contact/email-me

Previously scheduled Mobile Office Hours, Crow on your Corners, and in-person town halls are also cancelled through at least March 31.
