WASHINGTON - Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) joined by 107 members sent a letter to the Government Accountability Office demanding an investigation into the security failure in the January 6th attacks on the U.S. Capitol.

"I cast my vote today to override President Trump's veto thinking about my time as Private Crow when I was on the receiving end of decisions made in Congress. We have a sacred obligation to our men and women in uniform and their families to make sure they have the support they need.
"I called for $2,000 emergency payments since the beginning of this pandemic. I know what it's like to struggle paycheck to paycheck and not know where my next rent payment would come from. Americans are in crisis and they deserve leadership and support.

Jason Crow (D-CO) alongside Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and Jackie Speier (D-CA) introduced the Prohibiting Annuities for Sexual Abusers in Congress Act to prevent a Member of Congress from collecting their taxpayer-funded retirement annuity if they are convicted of sexual abuse.
