WASHINGTON - Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) today led an effort with 15 members of Congress to call on President Biden to honor the promises made to Afghan citizens who have worked to support U.S. operations in Afghanistan, following the Administration's announcement the U.S. would withdraw all troops by September 11, 2021. The members, made up of 10 Democrats and 6 Republicans, also announced the creation of the Honoring Our Promises Working Group to engage with the Administration.

Katie Porter (CA-45), Lauren Underwood (IL-14), and Earl Blumenauer (OR-03) to reintroduce legislation that would prevent drug manufacturers from profiting off unreasonable price hikes. The Freedom From Price Gouging Act would recover taxpayer dollars from pharmaceutical companies that hike pharmaceutical prices to increase their profits.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) today announced his support for the Dignity for Detained Immigrants Act, transformative legislation introduced by Reps. Pramila Jayapal, Adam Smith, and Senator Cory Booker.
The Dignity for Detained Immigrants Act would end the use of private detention facilities altogether, repeal mandatory detention, stop family detention, and prohibit solitary confinement while also restoring due process and increasing oversight, accountability, and transparency measures.
WASHINGTON - Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) led the Colorado Democratic House Delegation to call on President Biden to raise the annual refugee cap for Fiscal Year 2021.
Crow, joined by Reps. Diana DeGette, Joe Neguse, and Ed Perlmutter, called attention to Colorado's proud history of embracing refugees. Colorado has one of the most robust refugee settlement integration programs in the United States and typically welcomes an average of 1,650 individuals per year.
