AURORA — Today, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) joined University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (AMC) leaders to present over $400,000 for the Rural eConsult Expansion. The innovative eConsult platform gives health providers the ability to conduct online consultations with specialists and helps patients receive timely, effective treatment in rural Colorado. Crow requested and secured this funding through the FY24 appropriations process.

NORMANDY — Today, Congressman Jason Crow (D-CO-06), Army combat veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Division and 75th Ranger Regiment, parachuted out of a WWII-era C-47 propeller plane in honor of servicemembers who made that same jump behind enemy lines 80 years ago on D-Day. Both of Crow’s units were instrumental during the D-Day invasion.

On June 6, 1944, the US with Allied forces launched a massive airborne assault on the beaches of Normandy, France that ultimately led to the liberation of Western Europe and a decisive victory over Hitler’s Nazi Germany in World War II.

BOW MAR & CENTENNIAL — On Tuesday, Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) delivered over $600,000 in community project funding, including $455,400 for the Town of Bow Mar to repair and replace right of way signage used to access open space areas, $108,000 for Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office to acquire new dog kennels for police K9s, and $59,000 for the POST Board Certified Law Enforcement Academy to implement a program to train recruits to agency standards.
